Howell joined the company in 1994 as a site Carpenter and became our Yard & Plant Hire Manager in 1999.  He is now responsible for the company’s transport and plant & equipment hire and the management and maintenance of our own plant and equipment.  Howell ensures all LOWER and PUWER certificates are carried out when required and is qualified to undertake PAT testing on all site and office based electrical tools and equipment.
