St. David’s Catholic College – Phase 2
Summary
This project saw the complete refurbishment and alteration of 2000m2 of St. David’s Catholic College’s main atrium and middle floor classrooms, designed to improve the overall well-being of staff and students. Significant changes were made to the layout of the floor, with all classrooms being completed refurbished, a new mezzanine floor being constructed with corridors linking it to the atrium. The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation.
The works in St. David’s Catholic College were delivered on an exceptionally quick programme to ensure delivery before the 2025/26 academic year, being completed in just 16 weeks.
